Snowy Tuesday!

We all made it smoothly through our first night at Outdoor Lab.  We had no issues in the cabins, and the kids all woke up ready to learn this morning.  We even got full points on all of our respect, behavior, and responsibility grading marks!

We are having our first day in our core classes as we speak.  I was with one group this morning (the Raccoons) for our Biosphere core class.  There were 4 other core classes going on at the same time this morning, and I hope to get some pictures of those from people who went along later today.

Students are just now starting their afternoon core class.  I have the afternoon to catch up on the blog, and make sure everything is running smoothly both here and with our 5th graders back at Colorow.  Thanks Mrs. Higley for holding down the fort!

Tonight we are looking forward to our guest speaker, Dr. Mike and his "Bag of Bugs"!  There is a rumor he is bringing tarantulas with him.
